The Agreement

Welcome to Jessica Kaufman, Inc. We believe that clear expectations create the best results. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of our services, including The Strategy Room, consulting packages, and digital products.

By accessing this website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Overview of Services

Jessica Kaufman, Inc. provides business operations consulting, strategy development, and systems implementation support.

• Scope: Our services are designed to help you diagnose operational bottlenecks, design custom systems, and implement strategies for growth.
• No Employment: We act as independent contractors/consultants, not as your employees.
• The Strategy Room: Specific deliverables (Diagnostic Session, Strategy Blueprint, Alignment Session, Support Window) are defined in your specific client agreement or proposal at the time of booking.

2. Payments and Billing

• Investment: Prices for services are listed on our booking pages or provided via custom proposal.
• Payment Terms: Payment is due in full prior to the start of the engagement (e.g., before the Diagnostic Session) unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing.
• Late Payments: Failure to make payments on time may result in a suspension of services or a pause in your project timeline.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because our services involve the delivery of proprietary intellectual property, deep strategic analysis, and dedicated time, we maintain a strict refund policy:

• Services: Once the Diagnostic Session has occurred (or work has commenced on your Strategy Blueprint), fees are non-refundable.
• Cancellations: If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments without notice may result in a forfeiture of that session time.
• "Fit" Guarantee: If, during the initial application process, we determine that we are not the right fit for your business needs, we will decline the engagement and no charges will be processed.

4. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

We take pride in our proprietary methods, including Offer-to-Market Matchmaking™ and Systems-First Scaling™.

• Our IP: Jessica Kaufman, Inc. retains all ownership rights to our underlying frameworks, templates, teaching materials, and methodologies used during our work together. You may not resell, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary materials to third parties.
• Your Deliverables: You own the specific Strategy Blueprint, SOPs, and custom assets we create specifically for your business. You are free to use these internally within your company forever.

5. Client Responsibilities

Real growth requires partnership. To ensure the success of The Strategy Room or other services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, timely information regarding your business metrics, revenue, and current systems.
• Grant access to necessary software platforms (e.g., CRM, Project Management tools) required for us to analyze or build your systems.
• Participate actively in the review and implementation process. We provide the strategy, but you (or your team) are responsible for final execution and decision-making.

6. Earnings and Results Disclaimer

We showcase client success stories (e.g., "doubling revenue" or "saving 15+ hours/week") to demonstrate what is possible. However:

• No Guarantees: Every business is different. Your results depend on your market, your effort, your team, and economic factors. We do not guarantee specific revenue goals or financial outcomes.
• Forward-Looking Statements: Any statements regarding future income or potential are expressions of opinion, not guarantees of fact.

7. Third-Party Tools and Software

During our engagement, we may recommend third-party software (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Zapier, email marketing platforms).

• We are not responsible for the performance, terms of service, or privacy policies of these third-party tools.
• You are responsible for paying for your own software subscriptions and licenses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jessica Kaufman, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or revenue) arising out of your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these services shall be limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
